These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to all payments made to Mafaza Business Consultancy LLC (“Mafaza”). By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Mafaza provides consultancy and professional services in the United Arab Emirates. All fees are communicated to the client in advance through official proposals, agreements, or invoices.
- Accepted Payment Methods
- Payments can be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, as well as approved bank transfers.
- All charges for international clients will be subject to prevailing currency conversion rates and bank charges at the time of payment.
- Pricing & Currency
- Service charges are quoted in AED unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients outside the UAE are responsible for any additional costs incurred through exchange rates, intermediary bank fees, or local taxes.
- Legal Jurisdiction
- All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- In case of disputes, the matter will be handled exclusively by the competent courts of the UAE.
- Security & Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their account and payment information.
- Mafaza does not store or share payment card details with any third party, except as required by law.
- Clients are encouraged to keep a copy of all transaction records for their reference.
- Refund Policy
- Service Fees: Payments made for consultancy or related services are non-refundable, as costs are allocated upon commencement of the engagement.
- Security Deposits (if applicable): Refunds are only considered for deposits related to third-party facilities (e.g., office space) and will be processed in line with the original agreement.
- Cancellation Policy
- Once a service agreement is signed and payment is received, cancellation is generally not permitted.
- Exceptions may be made under special circumstances at Mafaza’s discretion, subject to administrative charges.
- Amendments
Mafaza reserves the right to revise or update these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
